Private Consultations

In addition to offering professional toxicological and expert witness services to legal firms and companies, I also offer private consultations to individuals.

If you are concerned that you are experiencing ill health as a result of being exposed to chemicals at home, in the workplace or even from your surroundings then please contact me for a free initial consultation.

I will advise you whether you need the help of a toxicologist or another service that is more suited to your needs. For example, you may require consultation or advice from environmental health, health protection agency, industrial chemists, pharmacologists or occupational health. Contact me and I can advise.

If we decide that a private consultation is subsequently required, then I will need you to complete the assessment form below and email it to me prior to booking an appointment. Subsequent private consultations are then charged at £75 per hour.

The kind of consultations I get involved with range from concerns over DIY chemicals, insecticides, laboratory chemicals, etc. It is a very broad area.

Please be aware that I will give you the best advice and guidance available, but I do not necessarily support the litigious society in which we increasingly live. Therefore, if you wish to make a ridiculous claim as a result of your own misuse of a chemical, I will inevitably be advising you to contact someone else. Common sense will prevail. If your enquiry is about defending a drink driving case, a withering look and a prompt dismissal is almost a certainty.

Please note: It is important to consult your GP if you have any health concerns as a result of being exposed to chemicals, whilst I can advise on the toxic effects of chemicals, I cannot give medical advise or diagnosis in any capacity.
